Brockville Ribfest is Back August 7-9th
Brockville Ribfest is BACK in Hardy Park this year with a three day long festival of food, family fun, and live entertainment in support of Boys and Girls Club South East from August 7th - 9th.
The event will feature food vendors, kidz zones and activities (including fishing derby, pony rides, The Fairytale Loft and more) volleyball tournament, arm wrestling, rib eating competition, and of course a selection of new musical acts and familiar local favourites!
Your favourite award winning ribbers Silver Bullet Bar-b-q, Ribs Royale, Billy Bones BBQ, Jack the Ribber, Crabby’s BBQ Shack, and Dinosaur Smokehouse will be cookin’ all weekend long… continue down below to see who will be up on the Brockville Ribfest Stage!

Sue Prosser performing Friday August 7th at 2PM
Considered to have an eclectic mix of the music spectrum in her repertoire, Sue "brings it" to each performance blending creativity, musicianship, participation, humour and connection to her audience!
Sue is currently collaborating in the studio with her partners in rhyme with several studio releases under her belt, including most popular single ‘HELL & BACK’ and most recent ‘Mistaken Identity’

Mark Bergman performing Saturday August 8th at 1PM
Known for his smooth easy listening vocals and masterful guitar Mark Bergman’s solo show consists of well written originals, slow dance songs spanning decades, a selection of familiar cover tunes, and unexpected acoustic renditions.
Most recently Bergman has been a reunion on tour with well known local 90’s rock outfit ‘Zipperbelly’. The group have performed on the big stage this year at Windmill Brewfest, 1000 Islands Regatta, and Rock the Acres. Zipperbelly are hard at work at The Powder Room studio recording a sequel to their beloved album ‘Super Duper Xtra Special Dandy’.

The Lads performing Saturday August 8 at 5PM
Led by artists local Liam Deery on electric guitar, and Irish drummer Alan Duffy. The dynamic duo pack an extreme punch with their live performance giving the audience a high energy rock performance, with soulful vocals, and face melting guitar solos.
The Lads cover popular hits, classic rock, alternative, and more while mixing in a few of Liam’s phenomenal original tunes like ‘Unknown’ and ‘Call It Control’. Together the band have performed at popular local venues headlining ‘Winter Waltz’ at the Brockville Legion in 2025 and joining the bill at Rock The Acres in 2026. The Lads have also taken their act over seas with a recent performance at the 2026 Carrickmacross Street Festival in Ireland.
Liam Deery’s unique and mind-blowing guitar technique has gained online attention with viral videos inspiring and intriguing viewers showing what is possible with pure passion and dedication to the craft.

River City Junction performing Sunday August 9 at 4PM
River City Junction is a Canadian Blues/Retro-Rock Power Trio whose music is a rich blend of old school Chicago Blues, Motown, R&B/Funk and Classic Rock. Leaning heavily on their roots, their music is deeply infused with elements of yesteryear, forming a driving, very potent sonic cocktail that is raw, organic, uplifting & very distinctly their own.
River City Junction blend familiar favourites with their uplifting original music like singles ‘Better Days’ and ‘Blue Skies’. Popular in the local scene River City Junction have performed at the 1000 Islands Regatta, and have become a staple act at Ottawa Bluesfest.
Recently the group won the ‘Road to Memphis’ blues competition which took place at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino landing the band the opportunity to represent Ottawa blues at the Blues Foundations ‘International Blues Challenge’ in January 2027.

The annual tradition of Ribfest continues with FREE entertainment and finger lickin’ ribs all weekend long.
